The provisions of the “8(g) Local Teacher Quality Block Grant” are changing for 2009-10.
As soon as the new provisions are approved for the Archdiocese, this website will be updated and all principals will be notified of the provisions for 2009-10.
Meanwhile, it would be wise for teachers in schools of the Archdiocese of New Orleans to save receipts for:
- tuition paid for courses taken toward certification after July 1, 2009
- fees paid for PRAXIS tests taken after July, 1, 2009
- fees paid for PRAXIS preparation after July 1, 2009
